As a former Pastry Chef with the La Madeleine's Corp. I can assure you that pastries are made by hand, by one employee, daily. In fact it takes the average pastry chef 8-9 hours a day to create the pastries needed for the next day. Creams are mixed by hand, and tart shells are baked daily. Each fruit tart is created by hand and glazed, each creme brulee is fired individually. Each detail on each pastry is done by hand, as a matter of pride.

A great affordable place to eat. My daughter can never seems to get enough of the Tomatoe Basil Pasta.
