Wonderful authentic and fresh food! Some of the dishes are just like mama would make. You feel like you are in Italy. The atmosphere is friendly and vibrant. Service is very attentive. Lino and Erica are wonderful host/Chef and Hostess! Bravo! We are lucky to live close enough to eat frequently.
Chef Lino has significantly bumped this restaurant up the culinary ladder. The food being served has made a quantum leap and his desire to please his clientele has made a vast difference from the previous owner. If you have been there long ago, go back again and you will see that he has turned this place around.
Attractive Italian in Garden City. Food is freshly prepare and a good mix of traditional American Italian with true Italian dishes. Service is efficient and friendly. Wine and liquor prices are quite expensive.
Being a GC resident, I have many restaurant options to choose from. On this night, we decided to try LNB. The extremely friendly staff accomodated us without reservations. The food was inconsistent, with some dishes being just good (i.e., veal zingara and linguine carbonara), while others rocked (ravioli portobello). The crowd was mixed in age, but vibrant. With the right food selection, the experience is worth it. We'll be back.
Wow, what a difference a few months make! I had been there a few times in the past and while the food was fantastic, the owner was not so I found myself going elsewhere. Fortunately I found out that she sold the restaurant to the chef and I couldn't be happier, his food is superb and so is his charming wife who was hostessing on Sunday. Overall the place seems to have new life, I would give it a 9 out of 10, missing a point for the wine list.
