Authentic Italian food - mostly imported from Italy. The buffalo/fresh mozzarella appetizer was fantastic. Entrees were well done, pasta was al dente and the breading on the cotoletti was very light. BEST TIRAMISU I HAVE EVER EATEN! Servers were extremely attentive, dining room was quiet and lighting provided a great tone. Chef Michael was extremely gracious when addressing our table. We will return.

We had an awful experience. Food was mediocre. Atmosphere was old and tired. We ordered a $10 glass of when and waiter recommended we order house wine for $35. We asked to see wine menu and a recommendation. My husband thought we ordered a $70 bottle and unknowingly we were served a $370 bottle. The owner and waiter told us it was our mistake!!! Why would we order a $10 glass then a $370 bottle!!!

We wen there for Valentine's Dinner. We were beyond disappointed because two years ago they had a harp player and very quiet and good service. This year when we walked in it was like meat factory line to get in, the seating had no room, waiter sucked and told everyone food coming rite out even though took two hours to eat food prepared prob days ago and when i thought the nightmare was over we go outside and valet lost someones. Horribleeeee

We went for a nice but not cheap Valentine Dinner. I was so very disappointed. They screwed up my order. My husband's order was correct and they gave him his. Mine came out 20 minutes later not enjoyable at all. I told my husband to eat I did't want to wreck his dinner in addition to my own. Sucked big time. Go to La Bussola in Glen Cove Carlo will treat you well and you will spend less on much better food

A group of four of us went to La Pace for New Year's eve and although the food was great, the service was terrible. Starting with the hostess and ending with our rude waiter, the service just got progressively worst. I will say- the bus boys/girls were great. They provided the service and attention our waiter lacked. This place was highly recommended but we will never return again.
