I had a reservation which was meaningless.
They directed me to the bar for a 40 minute wait past my reserved time.
The place was packed with screaming kids and many disgruntled customers.
The owner RICHIE walks back and forth with his attitude problem that is sickening to watch. We left the restaurant and never made it to the table. This place should be compared to a Mcdonalds. Only difference is Mcdonalds serves you food. NEVER AGAINPublished September 30, 2012 -
always have big family events there. they have huge dishes, we get a bunch & everyone leaves happy. i could eat their chicken parm every day. they are very accommodating.

I was forced to "give it another try." My prior review still stands. If you are not a regular they con you by telling you that your table isn't ready & they steer you into the bar hoping you buy a drink. Hey, if my reservation can't be honored, buy me a drink Mr. Manager. Where else are you able to pay $25 for about $1 worth of pasta. Condescending service. I must say that their sizzling steak is still excellent. There are much better places.
