As a Hispanic American from Los Angeles, I can say that La Pasadita's tacos definitely make the cut. This no frills, authentic Mexican taqueria reminds me of the taquerias in the Mexican neighborhoods back in LA. The carne asada (steak) tacos are juicy and well marinated, but take a pass on the chile rellenos. They are NOT how abuelita used to make them! I visited the NW corner site, which has a limited menu. My fav tacos in CHI thus far!

I have gone to La pasadita for years and it has never let me down i always get the tacos and smother them with the delicious salsa. Great place to get a quick bite to eat
