I have been eyeing this restaurant for some time and visited with my family for the first time the other day. Service was top notch and our server was very accommodating. Food was very good with nice sized portions. Nice wine selection. Will be back!
Food, service & atmosphere excellent. Prices very reasonable considering this is Eastern Long Island. Halibut Con Prosciutto Di Parma and Vitella Saltimbocca were outrageously delicious as was the wood oven pizza. Great pizza is hard to find in the Serving platters too large for the table..thats
the only think I hated
While the food is not bad, although not very creative, the service can be very irregular. Sometimes you will be greated with a warm smile and other times with a "yeah, what do you want". There are better options for your hard earned money, just drive a few miles east.
Food is good and it appears to be popular, typical italian food , mimimal creativity-
Frank is the head chef and I always call I'm advance, prior to coming in, to make sure that he's there that day. He's very creative and passionate about his food and service. Very attentive as well. We always ask him to set the menue aside and come up with a few dishes of his own liking and creation, just to surprise us. It never fails. Hey, strongly suggest you try to do the same!
