"Toulouse-Lautrec" would feel at home in this "classic" UES brasserie where the "fine food", "attentive service" and "très Gallic" ambiance evoke a "midnight-in-Paris" mood; bien sûr, it's "expensive" to "pretend you're in France", but its "upscale crowd" doesn't seem to care.
