This much anticipated newcomer from chef Andrew Carmellini (The Dutch, Locanda Verde) offers "classic" French country cooking in the NoHo space that was formerly Chinatown Brasserie (the sprawling setting done up in "pseudo belle epoque style" also includes an on-site bakery and several private rooms); all-day hours make access a bit easier, but brace yourself for crowds and waits at prime times.
