the el salvador la concordia coffee is grown in rich, shade grown volcanic soil under the watchful eye of eduardo borja and his family. eduardo has been farming here for over 50 years, with many of his employees exceeding 40 years of experience. the coffee is balanced and sweet, with a silky mouthful and a clarity common in great coffee from el salvador. excellent as a hand drip, or a brewed coffee, this particular estate will wow as an espresso when extracted by a passionate and caring barista.
