Very good food and the service was exceptional. The clientele was mixed with people with jeans and T shirts to people with suits. I would recommend.

If you only go for the Polenta and the braised short ribs you come out satisfied and a winner! Daily specials are wonderful! Great experience and will be back. My party of eight was attentively taken care of. Have a cocktail at Chandelier first. Negative- Weekend evenings at Cosmo are a Zoo! Find the closest entrance! Looking for a new place since Rosemary closed. This is in contention!!

Another hidden gem of a restaurant inside the Cosmopoitan. The entire staff was super friendly, and my meal superb. The pasta with short ribs, horseradish & breadcrumbs was amazing. The upscale sleek decor created a modern but relaxed atmosphere. I will be back !
