The food was extremely good - some of the dishes were out of this world, e.g., mac & cheese lobster, tuna tacos, and short ribs. The chocolate soufflé and pineapple carpaccio were also great.
Tasty, modern, French-American dishes. The setting use to be more formal but now it seems almost causal after a re-model that removed the wall between it and the rest of Mandalay Bay.

Can't say enough good things about the fabulous experience. The food was incredible. Don't miss the ice cream made tableside with liquid nitrogen.
Phenominal small plates, as delicious as they are beautiful! Huber Keller is a master and his food never disappoints. I will make a pilgramage here every time I return to Vegas!!
