Four of us dined on the second floor. Hostess wouldn't accept our white card, saying it's a " higher price point, special occasion room" but found us a table after a short wait. Very nice waterview, very good service, nice dining room. The food? It's ambitious but doesn't meet expectations, doesn't support the price point. Reminds me of the Roy's seafood chain. Roger, this may be a mistake. You can make better use of the space.
Incredible staff! Teamwork is really evident here. The pictures posted from viewers are from the second floor, fine dining level. Also fantastic. Great place to enjoy the freshest seafood in Boston surrounded by the best view in Boston.
There were seven of us who rated the Legal Seafood Harborside Restaurant we ate on the second floor which is very comfortable a bit noisy though. The food was above average not up to the the standards of Le Bernardin in New York or Saporito's in Hull Massachusetts. The limited menu on the second floor should have food that is excellent, the limited wine list was very good and the Harbor views were great.
