  • I never write reviews. However, I used to love this place. The drinks are wonderful and the atmosphere is great. Yet the past several times over the last year the service has been nothing short of awful. It makes me want to stop going out with my friends there. I have waited 20-30 mins to be seated when staff has seen me waiting and have been straight up ignored. Then have had my server act like my tables presence was a inconvenience.

  • Took forever to be seated, the crowd was very loud at the bar, kind of smelly bar. After a long wait, over an hour, we were seated and waited another 15 minutes to be given menus. When finally, we ordered and got the food, hamburgers & such, our burgers weren't fully cooked and were lousy. We ordered their Mac & Cheese which was pretty good. Bottom line, we'll never come back.

  • The killer mac and cheese is amazing. The cobb salad is great also, big enough to share.

  • Usually when I come here the service and food is pretty good. The last time I went the waitress forgot about our table for 45 minutes on a extremely slow afternoon. Then when the check came back she had split the check unevenly over 2 credit cards and took the $20 (that was supposed to be added to the total bill) as her tip. That's the last time I'm eating there. The only good thing about it is its decor and the location.

First and foremost - the cool factor for this specific location, is that it was literally the Village Library up until they converted it into an eatery about eleven years ago. That being said, the pure uniqueness of this Farmingdale hot-spot is second to none that we have personally seen thus far in terms of ambiance alone. Everything we ate was a huge WIN!!!!
