Andrew Carmellini's "happening" TriBeCa Italian draws a "star-studded", "masters-of-the-universe" crowd with an irresistible mix of "heavenly" cooking and "hip" vibrations; too bad it's "consistently crowded" with "tight" seating, variable service and "ear-shattering" decibels, but the fact that reservations are virtually "impossible" to get speaks for itself.
