I find this mid-priced steak chain to be the best of the bunch (over Outback, Texas Roadhouse, etc.). The atmosphere at this location is a notch above most Longhorns. The service was prompt. The NY strip steak was cooked just right, seasoned well and tender (not chewy). The upgraded sides (salad/asparagus) were prepared just right. The $5 merlot was decent. Bread was dry but remedied when I complained. Best in area for good inexpensive steak.
