One of our signature items, our all-beef brisket is our most popular selection. Our brisket is made fresh daily, prepared with a salt and pepper rub. The briskets are then slow cooked in 50 year-old horizontal brick and steel pits using post oak wood. It's melt-in-your-mouth delicious!

Our original all-beef sausage is made fresh by hand from pure beef, tallow and a variety of seasonings, all stuffed in natural hog casing. Each link is roughly 5 inches long weighing approximately 4 oz (pre-cooked).
