If going to Ocean City, you must stop here! There is always a line and for good reason. While some pizza lovers might disagree, this is the best out there! Brick oven and freshly made. The same workers have been there spinning pizzas for years and you will never leave disappointed!

When I was 16 & my family spent 2 weeks at the shore, Mack and Mancos was THE pizza everyone wanted b/c it was a CULT thing. When 'everyone' said Mack & Mancos was the best pizza we joined the pizza cult. Now, after having lived a life in many states/cities I know what GREAT Pizza is and Mancos is NOT IT. No creative energy in this pizza. One size, one price fits all (NOT), sauce is not memorable, mass produced with very little panache.

There is nothing better than sitting at the counter near the door, watching the boardwalk crowds and eating a few slices. Great crust, good sauce and cheese, and watching the pizza being made is fun.

Visited the 12th and Boardwalk location on 8/2/08. After reading some of the comments, we had to give it a try. We ordered a sausage pizza and it was extremely undercooked. Not crispy and very "doughy". Not tasty at all, very similar to a just defrosted supermarket brand. I really don't understand some of these reviews. There are so many better places in NJ. Service was good. Pizza is mass produced for the boardwalk crowd. AVOID
