Have eaten at Maggiano's for quite a while and food was always good before, but not this time. We got a shrimp scampi and it was awful. Worst I've ever eaten. Then we got 2 lassagna dishes to take home. Both are so bad we fed them to the dog. What are you trying to do to your reputation? Really bad experience and not much of a wait staff that day either. We drive 60 miles to eat there but never again.

Excellent food and service. The feeling is casual and the decor unusual.

"This overpriced eatery tries hard to be a decent place, but truthfully, some of the dishes still tastes as though they're using canned and reheated food. For the money, you expect more for this kind of cash."
