Makinos started the Japanese sushi buffet in Vegas. A very good selection of Japanese sushi that is not contaminated by Western-style combinations. Island Sushi in Henderson may offer a better selection and quality than Makinos.

My favorite place for Sushi! Best selection and price for all you can eat. Pay the extra couple bucks to go for dinner rather than lunch. They feature Oysters on the halfshell, Crab Legs, and an amazing Cedar Plank Salmon that is only offered at dinner.

Most of the sushi was fresh. I liked the variety of choices they provided. If you are in the mood for a sushi buffet, this is the place to come. No walking through a huge casino, ample parking in the lot.

Sushi buffet - very good. Sushi and sashimi. All you can eat crab legs at night (for dinner), which were great.
