The new owners have brought a new menu with a fresh local fare. If you gave up on this local historical gem its time to try it again. The decor still needs more of an update but the food is worth the stop.

We thought we would give this a try, since the change of owners.. We all had the Crabcakes.. They were fishy, and boring..Maybe it was the time of year..Crab not in season.. Someone has"Countryfied" the Tavern with several hundred Ball Jars

An old standby for special occassions in the Baltimore area. I don't think I remember a year when we didn't do Mother's day brunch and my mother's birthday dinner here. It has been a steady establishment in Baltimore for over thirty years!
