This NYC version of the Malaga original brings "not-typical", cutting-edge Spanish cooking to Park Avenue South via modernist chef Dani Garcia; an "airy" setting and "efficient" service offset the pricey tariffs, and though a few fret it "tries too hard", most see lots of "potential."
