On the whole, the food is sub-par. However, they make the best Veal Parmagian Hero. If you stick with that, you are OK

We have eaten at this restaurant through its many previous incarnations and always received inexpensive, unpretentious good Italian. Now that it's Mario's, it's more of a pizza place, and when I ordered a baked ziti, I got ziti parmagiana - spaghetti topped with some tomato sauce, topped with melted mozzarella cheese. Oy vey - these guys don't know Italian.
