We had the brunch on 8/12/2012. We were seated in the bar area. The service was terrible, and we had to return the coffee twice because the cup was dirty. We complained about the service to the hostess who just smiled and walked away.

I used to go to Glastonbury just to go to this restaurant and I was disappointed the last few times with the food and the service. I went there alone for lunch and it just seems like the wait staff ignores you if you're alone...one of my biggest peeves about dining alone. I also thought the food wasn't all that special compared to what it used to be. I'm afraid I'm going to pass the next time I'm in town.

Trendy italian, food never disappoints. There was a wait even when reservations are accepted. Can get noisy on a busy night.

We've been here four times now and everything on the upscale & Americanized Italian menu has been just superb, including the breads & olives that come before dinner. Service has been efficient and friendly, though on our last visit our waiter was a bit too impressed with himself and less attentive than usual.
