If you need a chocolate fix Max Brenner is the place to go! Their melting chocolate truffle cake and shake is to die for! Hot chocolate and fondue are absolutely brilliant too! I'm not too keen on their food - over-spiced! The wings, although over-spiced, are actually quite good! The grilled chicken is an absolute disaster, though! It was literally suffocated by an unbearable amount of herbs and spices; took two bites and couldn't go on!

Our party of 4 was seated quickly on the outside patio. The chocolate and espresso martinis are fantastic – the rest of the food just average. The burger was way overcooked, the salmon unimaginative, but the fish tacos were a pleasant surprise. The chocolate fondue for desert was very good. Stick to the chocolate – would only go back for drinks and/or desert. Service was very good on a busy Friday night.

Too crowded, need better food selection

Max Brenner finds a lot of interesting and unique things to do with chocolate - for example, waffle fries dusted with chili and cocoa powder. The chocolate drinks are fabulous and not too heavy. Regular food is just as good as the desserts, which are divine.
