Food is very good, service helpful but ostentatious.

Too expensive for the offering. The red wine fondue broth just leaves you wanting. Go to a traditional Shabu Shabu house instead and get a delicious meal and save money! Melting pot melts in your wallet, not in your mouth.

You can customize your cheese and seasonings blend (but they may never tell you this). Want it without garlic -- ASK or it's in there. Fun but overpriced. Good cheese dips but just ok stuff for dipping. (Skip the very mediocre bread)

This restaurant actually does not cook anything- it is done tableside by the diner. That said once you get past the novelty, this chain falls flat on food quality despite the waitstaff constantly upselling you! Avoid at all costs!
