"Good solid Tex-Mex at it's most basic. Sugary Margaritas, good chicken rice soup. A very family, after soccer, whatever kind of restaurant. If you need your rice & beans fix, this is the place."

No whining about Mi Cocina being a "chain" - there are multiple locations because it is damn good, all the time. Created the standard for fajitas and really, tex-mex in the Dallas area.
