The KC strip is wonderful, as is the tenderloin. The mashed potato sampler is great, as are the vegetable sides. You will need reservations, or are destined to wait at the bar fo quite a while. Great winelist

As with many of the higher end steak houses out there everything here is "a la carte." While the bone in rib eye was good in my opinion didn't live up to the price point that Mj's steak house is charging. In my opinion a famous name can only get you so far, in a restaurant the food and service is the final say. While the service was very good, it still had room for improvement, the rib eye was jus fair. I expected more for the price.

This is not a steakhouse worth the money or hype. Very mediocre steak and scallops. Dessert is always a failure. Weak wine list and very poor service.

Can't understand its popularity. Unattractive decor, food just OK--definitely skip the low-priced steak sandwich and greasy onion rings. For better steak, try Bar American nearby.
