The unstoppable Michael ‘Bao' Huynh (Baoguette, Bia Garden, OBao) is behind this "cute little" Lower Eastsider whose Asian-influenced burgers "pack a lot of flavor for not a lot of cost", thanks to toppings like Chinese bacon, Kewpie mayo and Sriracha, and accompaniments like "standout black sesame shakes"; the micro-size space with only a few seats "doesn't look like much", but its late-night clientele – it's open till 4 AM on weekends – doesn't seem to mind.
