I must say this small family operated Chinese take-out place is probably the best around. The food is always fresh and Mike will try to accommodate your special requests. For example, my wife likes brown rice and I like Young Chow fried rice, so I asked Mike to make Young Chow brown rice with very little oil, just wok the ingredients hot and then add the brown rice and cook it up without over cooking it, mmmmm. Trust me, you won't be disappointed
