On our latest visit, the food, though still quite good, seemed less extraordinary. The service, also, while attentive, missed a few beats. We hope this was just a slightly off night. The setting is more open and attractive than the former St James location, though also less intimate. Prix fixe menu surprisingly affordable.
Very disapointed with the food potatos where not cooked properly to the degree of been raw. Over all not good which was a shame as alot of people had recomended it to me
Still the place to go for genuine high class french food if you can't make it to the city. It has no competition in that category on Long Island. Thoughtful wine-list and a superb dining room reminds one of Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons
This used to be my favorite restaurant. I am very disappointed now. Service was neglectful and disorganized. Our steaks were very poor quality. Deserts were very good, as in the past. I called twice to talk to Gee. He never answered the phone.
Outstanding food and service!
The Foie GRAS was incredible and the Mirabelle duck was delectable. A little pricey and the service is extremely attentive sometimes to the point of it being uncomfortable. They create a very quiet upscale atmosphere which is great if that's what you're into.
Go for a special occasion and you won't be disappointed.
