"Insanely creative" "Chinese-inspired" dishes "like you've never had before" are prepared with "amazing technique" and served at a "fast pace" (but also "with love") from inside Lung Shun Restaurant at Danny Bowien's kitchen that garners "lots of attention" and "massive" "hipster" crowds; the "decor has improved as their fortunes have risen" (it's "expanded to NYC"), though the place remains a "dive" – albeit a "charitable" one that donates 75 cents per entree to the SF Food Bank; P.S. closed Wednesdays.
