"Omakase: just do it" urge boosters of this "one-of-a-kind" Japanese from Stephen Starr and Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto in Washington Square West, where legions are tempted to "close their eyes in rapturous delight" over the "heavenly" fare – but if they did, they'd miss the "color-changing", "postmodern" setting; "knowledgeable" service is another plus, and despite "splurge" pricing, many leave "screaming ‘I want Mor-imoto!'"
