The food here acceptable, but the ambiance is reminiscent of a 1980s hibachi restaurant. There are much better alternatives nearby.
The bright lights reminded me of being processed at the Houston city jail. The cafeteria style seating with the bathroom entrance next to the dining area was outdated and a poor plan even by 1993 standards. Parking is a hassle.burned MR?
Morton's is one of the most consistent steak chains. I have been to many over the United States and they have been consistently very good. The location in Stamford is no exception. Excellent food. Wonderful steaks, the Chicken Christopher is wondeful. Everything is fresh and service and decor is upscale and nice. If you want great steak, nice glass of wine in an elegant setting, you can't go wrong.
Almost impossible to find. Interior is classy but crowded, cramped and noisy. Staff is friendly and enthusiastic but clumsy, overfilling glasses, dropping flatware, etc. Onion bread is warm and quite good. Food is quality enough with reasonable portions. Steak is cooked well (actually, mine was a little too well as I asked for medium rare and got medium). Prices are $10-$15 more per entree than Max or Marc Charles. Good but there's better.
Consistently really fine; excpetional for a chain. Lobster. Filet Mignon. Champagne.
