Help this restaurant to be considered for a Zagat Rating by adding your member review.
The service here is horrible!!! We ordered food to be dlevered from this restauarant and besides the fact that it took more than an hour to arrive, it was incorrect. Upon calling to get the missed items delivered, I spoke with three people and finally got the general manager. This man was EXTREMELY rude and blamed me for the error. Although he sent the 2 baked potatoes, it was more than 2 hours later. Needless to say, we will not order again
We were referred to this place by the hotel concierge who said it's a B'more mainstay. Only thing remotely edible was the lump crab cake, but it was bland & I'm still picking cartilage from my teeth. Everything else was completely inedible. What's worse? The service was terrible! They didn't care we didn't touch any of our food (never even asked if all was well), charged us full price and then had the gall to add a 17% tip to the bill.
Mo's was recommended by the hotel concierge for the best crab cakes in Baltimore. Decor is awful (I was warned). Food was ordinary. The oysters were tasteless (the host said they were from North Carolina). The jumbo crabcakes had way too much bread (they seemed to be sitting on a piece of bread) and were tastless. I was surprised that they added the tip to my bill (I was dining alone on a business trip) - at least it was only 12%.
