The only reason I came to this restaurant is because I saw a review for it. I had never even heard of it but I'm really into trying new restaurants. The authenticity of the food served at bombay brasserie is astounding. my sister in law is from india and lived there till her early twenties and i never thought i would have better indian food than what she makes but bombay brasserie definitely gives her a run for her money!
two words. RICE PUDDING.
My friends have more adventurous taste buds than I do which is how i found myself at bombay in the first place. However, the smells as you walk in convinced me to try pretty much everything at the lunch buffet! Not to mention, our waiter brought out some rice pudding for all of us to try for free and it reminded me of tres leches cake! It was AMAZING! Everything I tried was amazing! I will definitely be going back.
I really love the fact that here you can enjoy a light, healthy and authentic Indian meal
for a reasonable price. My girlfriends and I went for the lunch buffet the other day and
I was so impressed. First of all, the naan was absolutely amazing. Second, the lunch buffet was only $15 and the quality of the food was well worth the price. . I was also thrilled to learn that the restaurant uses yogurt instead of the traditional heavy crèmes
I had heard a lot about Narin’s from people at work so I decided to take my wife the other evening for an authentic Indian meal. We were a little skeptical because we didn’t really know what to expect from an upscale Indian restaurant. Either way, we were glad we went. The food was excellent and affordable, the staff was friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable. We both found it to be an incredibly enjoyable experience
Rip-Off is an understatement. Cheated us into a $410 bill.
We ordered 4 "Feasts" each $49, which should have easily fed 12 people, except the owner, trying to make us buy more, brought us only HALF of the food we ordered and insisted he "combined" dishes into single plates.
Example: We ordered 2 "Tandoori Feasts" each $49. We got ONE "combined" plate of chicken that cost $100.
Outrageous. He then added himself a $50 flat tip.
