Nico's in Carrollton are THE MOST UNSCRUPULOUS business people EVER! The totally ruined our Holiday party tonight. They agreed in advance to provide our party of 20-25 people with happy hour drink specials past happy hour time (which they did honor) and provide us with complimentary appetizers. We do these events every quarter and will not go to a place that doesn't offer us something for free, so we would NOT have agreed to have our party the
