We had one vegan, one vegetarian, and one who eats anything, and we all found food that was wonderful. Wait staff very attentive and a maitre'd that actually did his best to make you feel welcome. What a treat!
Very mediocre preparation. Ingredients were not fresh. Flavorless sauces. The crunchy top to the creme brûlée was black, not a golden brown. That being said, the service was fine, and the setting was pleasant, despite the idiosyncratic choice of prints on the walls.
Stopped in for a late bite after a show at studio 54 and had a pleasant surprise. The service was polite and efficient. The fodd was terrific, reasonably priced and the portions were large. The Chilean sea bass was as good as I've had and a special of homemade spinach fettucine with 2 lobster tails and butter flied shrimp was both delicious and agenerous portion. Will definitely go back.
Special risotto sounded good but cooked poorly - way too watery. Other three main meals great.
On a recent trip to NYC our party of 4 enjoyed Nocello's very much. The food, ambiance and service was excellent. The prices were quite reasonable for the experience. Before leaving NYC we returned to Nocello's and will go back for a nice dinner whenever we are in the city. Great! Great! Great!
