This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The meal was awful--and they served such large portions of it! I don't know how this restaurant has survived.

Don't go out of your way for the food, but the only decent place for dinner and dancing on Long Island. Ballroom dancers show up on the nights Louis delPrete plays and sings. Now HE makes it worth the trip!

NOCELLO'S LOBSTER BUFFET: SPECTACULARLY BAD The worst-tasting lobster ever. Shrunken, dessicated, flavorless meat.Hot buffet entrees consisted of strips of steak pizzaiola, chicken topped with pimento and cheese, and short ribs. All were startlingly awful; we abandoned each after one bite.Desserts? We had to spit out the pretty-looking apple tart, which had a pronounced foul taste, we're guessing from long, uncovered refrigeration.
