Always been a fan of " Noche" in the Va Highlands so when a Noche in my building " Town Brookhaven" opened I was ecstatic. The " Noche" in Town Brookhaven I experienced 2 1/2 years was better than tonight.
Tonite we waited 25 min for 2nd round of drinks, got water from the bar cuz our waitress was horrible, & manager tried to compensate by buying the table a round of crappy shots. Horrible service. Mean managers. Mediocre food. Waste of time.Published August 25, 2012
