Noodles is an attempt to serve a lot of Asian carbohydrates under one roof, and it fails at making every dish. Sure, everything is edible, but technically so is shoe leather.

For what it is, Noodles is awesome. Cheap noodles centrally located in Hyde Park, with some surprising add-ons, like Vietnamese coffee and Thai iced tea that really exceed expectations.

Wow! A REAL downturn - total turnover in cooks and serving staff has taken quite a toll in the past year. It was our regular run-out-to-dinner spot -- we'll never go again, after getting soba-type noodles (instead of cellophane-type) in the Pad Woon Sen.
