Good menu that hasn't changed much since they opened. Nothing here is pushing any boundaries but everything is certainly solid.

I continue to marvel at how much I enjoy Nota Bene. We have been there about 4 times and are never disappointed. Outstanding cuisine and terrific service. It is a lively room--a bit noisier than the normal restaurant in Toronto, but the noise is not overpowering. This may be one of my favorite restaurants anywhere.

Fresh, innovative, inventive, and delicious. Hangar steak served with the surprising addition of just a hint of "rosemary ash" was so good--and so elevated by those ashes of all things--that one had to pause to marvel. Dishes are composed with care, service is professional and warm. Indeed, upon coming into the restaurant, you are immediately treated like a cherished guest of honor!

An absolute must before an event at Toronto's Four Seasons Centre. Food is executed perfectly and menu has a great span from fish to meat. Great wine knowledge. Don't miss the duck & papaya salad!
