  • Great place to come with a crowd. Even on Sunday morning they can find a table for 8 with a reasonable wait. Standard diner fare, good service. The decor is busy, especially at holiday time and with the dozens of TV screens.

    The O-Co-Nee East is a nice clean diner located on the north side of Montauk Highway just west of Route 111 in Islip. They have a great selection of American, Greek and Italian specialties all served 24 hours a day by a friendly and accommodating staff.
