Seems years have taken it's toll on this restaurant. The owner is peculiar. "He doesn't want to seat you if he doesn't like your looks" You ask for a window - he puts you in a corner.Even when no one is in the restaurant. Omelettes are just okay. It's too bad - this used to be the place to go - for the food, service AND the view.
Pleasant breakfast stop while waiting to spend money on the Mag Mile
Food is overpriced and not good.
Where can ladies have a nice lunch? Oak Tree. There are so few places like this left. I am thankful for it.
Great place for breakfast. A little pricey but food is terrific! Bread is baked on the premises. Try to get a table next to the Michigan and Delaware Avenues windows to a wonderful view down Michigan Avenue. Food is excellent quality. Service is also very good but you may have to wait on the week-ends for a table.
