The service is friendly and quick to bring out your meal, which is much better than their prices would suggest. I'm a regular there and have gone for 5 or so years now. Sweet people, amazing food, and doesn't strain your wallet. My favorite restaurant. Sometimes difficult to understand the waiters, but that's authenticity for you.

Amazing AUTHENTIC Mexican food. Don't go here if you are expecting "American" style Mexican. Interesting, out of the ordinary dishes. Went here for lunch off-hours. Very, very good.

Hands down, the best Mexican food on Long Island. Some have knocked the decor, but I can assure you that when you go to a local restaurant in Mexico (not a tourist trap), this is what it looks like! Ignore the TexMex offerings. Go with the Barria or Chile en Nogada. Serious foodies are amazed by the complexities! NB - soups are excellent!

Oaxaca is a great place for an inexpensive but tasty meal. The menu selection is elaborate and the service is very good. The place is not fancy but the lively atmosphere make this an enjoyable place for one of those nights when you want to eat some tasty bites without breaking the bank.

Fantastically authentic yet inexepensive Mexican, a rarity on Long Island. Great tacos carbon, enchiladas, and other more unusual fare. In addition to what we ordered, our waiter insisted we sample the nachos (delicious) and brought us a complimentary creamy flan for dessert.
