All charcuterie is salted, smoked, and cured in-house. Ask for the bresaola; it is not on the menu.
You don't get much for the charcuterie plates and the cheese portions are tiny. My homemade olives have more personality than their housemade ones. Don't know what the fuss is about their food. With the TV screens, felt like a fancy sports bar. Couldn't get comfortable in the tall bar chairs and room felt cold. Wish we were in the room with the fireplace!

Really overpriced for what they offer, at least for brunch. Nice outside seating in the summer
If you can deal with some of the hottest servers who also happen to be THE DUMBEST servers in Chicago then the trip is worth it. This is a bar, with some kick-ass food. I've been here probably 30 times, and not once has the meal gone well from a service standpoint. They get my vote for best bathroom in the city as well, (I routinely stop here for a #2 in emergencies, floor to ceiling stall doors)
