Vets of Brighton Beach's Rasputin bring their version of czarist "glam" to the West Village via this Russian boîte serving the usual suspects (chicken Kiev, beef Stroganoff) amid an "ornate, extravagant" setting with velvet upholstery, crystal chandeliers and murals on the ceiling; there are gripes about "arrogant" staffers and fare that's merely "not bad" yet seriously "pricey" – but few find fault with the "impressive" infused vodka selection.
