A simple concept: choose one of three broths filled with excellent noodles, pork and vegetables and then decide how spicy you want it. There always seems to be a line, although the wait is generally short. First rate gyoza. A real find!

If you want to get a custom bowl of ramen noodles, this is one place that will do it. I've only tried the miso and shoyu soup, but the extras really help like a hard-boiled egg and chashyu pork. I have never left full.
