Located in a "beautiful" industrial-inspired space on a restaurant-laden Williamsburg block, this Italian "gem" offers "delicious", "traditional" housemade pastas as well as signature polentas cooked up in the namesake paiolo (copper pot); although it's located smack "in the middle of" hipsterland ("try to get a window table to watch the show"), you'll find white tablecloths and "dedicated", "knowledgeable" service that help justify the slightly "pricey" tab.
