Way too much pepper on the steaks. If you don't use a lot of pepper on your food, stay away from any of the steaks. They put their special seasoning on everything. The coconut shrimp appetizer and a side salad is a nice meal if you are out with some steak lovers.
This chain has some of the best steaks for the price - however, it is still a chain and often makes more mistakes than it gets it right. However, after all the overpriced Strip restaurants, this was good and easy on the budget. S. Las Vegas location is a good place for a decent meal prior to returning rental car
Baby Back Ribs that slide off the bone? Well first off, they ARE NOT Baby Back ribs, they are St. Louis ribs (bigger fatter bones, tougher dryer meat) the meat can't even be cut off the bone with a chainsaw!! The french onion soup was cool with the consistancy of brown gravy, This place has cut all the corners the can. We ordered here but wound up eating at, and enjoying the Burger King right next door!!! (seriously) Bogus ! Run away from here!!!
Good eats, but surroundings nothing special.
I'm not a steak person, per se, but Outback is one of my favorite restaurants...and it's not because of the steak. They have the best grilled salmon I've ever tasted. I've had fresh salmon at Fisherman's Wharf in SF and down near Hotel Circle in San Diego. No offense to those fine eateries, but Outback's salmon blows them away. They give great portions and offer great value for what you buy.
