I agree with the first review. Great greek style pizza, which is a nice change from the regular Italian joints. The owner, John is a great guy as well as accommodating. Can BYOB there but bring your own stemware.

Quaint, not well decorated, and in a rather old building is the first impression Oxford Pizza Palace gives to its customers. But as the old saying goes, don't judge a book by its cover. Although old and not eye pleasing, this restaurant offers, in my opinion, the best food in Oxford. The pizza and calzones are cooked and styled like Greek pizza and the salads are quite tasty. The food is not the healthiest, but it most defiantly is the tastiest.
